Andy Warhol
Andy Warhol has a museum in Pittsburgh PA that now contains over 250 Warhol films and 8000 pieces of art that range the entire career from 1940 to 1980. I have not been to this museum but plan on taking a weekend to visit. I wish the museum was in NYC and not Pitt but thats the breaks. They have live bands and events at the museum, stop by the site for more info.
Nancie Yang
I got a chance to drop into Ad-Hoc this Friday and Check out a great show that included Nancie Yang, the show runs until July 27th so if anybody has a few extra minutes, drop by and see the show. I added one of Nancies pieces to my personal collection. Will post once I have it framed and hung.

Ray Caesar
I know most of you are familiar with Rays work but I will give a quick run down on this artist. Ray uses modeling software like Lightwave and Maya, I am not sure which but his art is totally done on a computer. Until the last few years digital art was looked down on just like photography was when it was discovered. A computer is simply another tool or media to create and show self expression. The more I look the more I see new artists using computers to create great art. With the use of tablets and pressure sensitive screens your computer becomes the canvas. Ray has been able to establish himself as a top artist getting top dollar for digitally generated art. This is a great step in helping create a basis for digitally created works, nice job Ray.
Dennis Brown
I finally got to meet this guy at last years Comic Con in Manhattan, I hope to get the opportunity to work on a few projects with him in the future. He has 2 books out for $20 each, not a bad deal considering all the effort he put into producing the book. Dennis also does some amazing clothing design on t-shirts and hoodies. Take a few minutes to read through his Blog and site.

KAWS & Hajime Sorayama
Some of you may remember Sorayama and the great metal pinups he did of women. This great new vinyl was a group effort and will go on sale for around $900. If you happen to be in Japan you can stop by and check out the show.
