Audrey Kawasaki
Audrey has a new print release scheduled for the 22nd. Its a 18X22 Giclee on Archival paper. Signed and number limited edition of 200.
Mia Makila
I stumbled across the work of this lowbrow, “horror” artist and just had to share a few of her pieces. She is from Sweden and self-taught in mixed media, photography and paintings. Most of her artwork stirs up the darker emotions of fear, madness and angst but there are quite a few that have an interesting sense of humor about them. You almost feel pity for some of her subjects, yet you also can’t wait to see what they (or she) will do next with them.
Ron English Marilyn Bust
Not sure if these sold out yet but one was on display at Comic Con. This bust is around 20 inches tall and limited to only 30 pieces, each piece hand signed by Ron. These retail for $4000 and are sure to be among the most collectable pieces from Ron.
