Brooklyn Art Project April Exhibition April 1st
BAB is hosting its April exhibition and group drawing project at 5 Front street in DUMBO Brooklyn. Stop by for drinks, food and some great art.
Melissa Forman
Melissa has shown at some high end galleries such as Opera in Manhattan, Corey Helford in Cali and Roq La Rue in Seattle. Her work mixes a classical portrait feel with Juxtapoz style and imagery.

Available at the Black Rat Press, limited edition of 95 signed and numbered by Lucas Price. 20 Color screen print with varnish on 410 gsm somerset satin.
James Jean
The folks at Pressure Printing do a fantastic job at pumping out top quality work. This latest release from James Jean is no exception. Printed using the intaglio process, with two plates cut to slightly different sizes giving the print its unique double plate embossed border. I love to see prints that involve some sort of artistic process on the printing side. In my view it makes for a more interesting piece while creating more value in collectable art. The print is large, with an image size of 16X29 inches and a paper size of 36X23 inches. The edition is small with 15 on the regular edition and 12 hand touched. Prices are $2000 for the regular edition and $4000 for the artists touched pieces.
