Concept Leaf
The leaf concept car is made by the Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation (SAIC) and is there to compete with the biggies. It is fitted with photovoltaic cells at the roof of the leaf. The car draws energy from the solar cells. Apart from that, the car can also draw wind energy through four turbines located on each of the car’s wheels. There is option for adjusting the energy level of the car as this car will make more energy then it needs. Gathering energy from wind, solar and other alternative sources.
