Paul Chiappe “Untitled 48″
Scottish artist Paul Chiappe creates hyperrealistic drawings of vintage black and white photographs. Using only pencil on paper, he imitates the shallow focus, blurred edges and grain of old snapshots. Amazingly accurate and pleasantly nostalgic, Chiappe’s work is another great example of the fusion of artistic mediums.
